    Blend of physical & emotional training

    As an avid athlete through high school and college, I always used my body to help release stress and tension. Running and swimming competitively left little time to idle. I found my strength in the pool and outdoors. My discipline brought on focus, and my focus brought in confidence, and my confidence brought in courage. Courage brings us to that uncomfortable place, that unpredictable place that helps us grow.


    Private classes are a platform to share my decades of experience in physical exercise combined with principles of yoga with others. Children, teenagers, athletes, adults of all ages who are aspiring to improve their physical capacity or simply relieve stress can all benefit from private sessions.


    Witnessing so many young people who lack confidence and discipline with their bodies and diet has encouraged me to step in and help empower them through these challenging times and society pressures.


    Step away from the social media platforms, leave your phone behind, stop and listen to yourself breathe. Keep your body agile, solid, and injury-free, and you learn to find the stronger you that's inside. You are unique; you don't know it yet.


    For others, as we merge through life, we reach an age where we want to take better care of ourselves because time reminds us that we are not here forever. Our desire to age well, feel good, and be able to move with less pain and stiffness become a firm reality. Can we turn back the clock? The answer is no, but it is never to late to start from scratch.
