    Traditional Hot Yoga

Mon, Wed, Fri @ 6.30 am

Tue, Thu, Sat @ 8.30 am

    Sat @ 5.30 pm

    Sun @ 9.00 am

The traditional sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room (about 105 degrees, 50% humidity) for 90 minutes. It's designed to compress, strech, strengthen and stimulate the entire body. Each position is practiced twice and prepares the body for the next position. The sequence is the same in all classes. Holding postures in the exact order lowers the chances of injury and provides a platform for healing, conditioning, and relaxation.

Join us at 5 om on Sunday afternoons for 90 minute of Yin with Reiki. The room will be warm, holds are set to Solfeggio + Fibonacci frequencies, and we close with a gentle Yoga Nidra. What is a Learning2FLy Pod?

Personalized Movement Coaching in a Small Group Setting

The Learning2Fly Pod is more than a yoga class—it's a personalized coaching experience designed for those who want individual guidance while enjoying the support and connection of a small group.

Each Pod is intentionally limited to just five participants, allowing every student to receive ongoing coaching based on their unique body, movement patterns, posture, balance, and goals. Throughout each class, individualized modifications, observations, and guidance are woven into the practice, creating an environment where every participant feels seen, supported, and challenged at their own pace.

This is not about perfecting poses. It is about developing awareness, moving with intention, building confidence, improving balance, refining movement, and creating a deeper relationship with your body.

As your teacher, I become a quiet observer of your journey—helping you recognize patterns, celebrate progress, and gently guide you toward greater ease and efficiency in your movement.

Members of the Learning2Fly Pod also have the opportunity to receive a Weekly Learning2Fly Reflection—a thoughtful email highlighting observations from the week, areas of growth, and personalized suggestions to support continued progress between classes.

One of the unexpected gifts of the Pod has been the sense of community that naturally develops. With only five participants, trust grows quickly. Students encourage one another, celebrate each other's successes, and create a safe environment where questions are welcomed, challenges are shared, and everyone belongs.

Who is the Learning2Fly Pod for?

    • Students seeking individualized coaching in a small-group setting.
    • Those recovering from injury or adapting to physical limitations.
    • Anyone wanting to improve balance, stability, posture, and movement awareness.
    • Students looking to deepen their practice through personalized feedback and consistent support.
    • Those who value connection, accountability, and steady, meaningful progress.

The Learning2Fly Pod isn't about becoming someone different. It's about uncovering who you've always been beneath the tension, the fear, and the habits that no longer serve you.

Maximum of five participants per Pod.
