    Traditional Hot Yoga

Mon, Wed, Fri @ 6.30 am

Tue, Thu, Sat @ 8.30 am

    Sat @ 5.30 pm

    Sun @ 9.00 am

The traditional sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room (about 105 degrees, 50% humidity) for 90 minutes. It's designed to compress, strech, strengthen and stimulate the entire body. Each position is practiced twice and prepares the body for the next position. The sequence is the same in all classes. Holding postures in the exact order lowers the chances of injury and provides a platform for healing, conditioning, and relaxation.

An introductory 75 minutes of yoga, designed to ease you into furthering your yoga practice. It is ideal for you if you are new to yoga, starting again, or if you are rehabbing an injury. The room is heated to 85 degrees which will help you relax and allow your body to stretch more freely. We work on the fundamentals of yoga, teaching balance, breath awareness and muscle strengthening, helping you build a better connection with you! Its very important to move as we age. Movement is one means of healing, and this practice helps us to improve balance and range of motion.

    Yin Yoga

    Sun @ 5pm

    (seasonal)

Join us at 5 om on Sunday afternoons for 90 minute of Yin with Reiki. The room will be warm, holds are set to Solfeggio + Fibonacci frequencies, and we close with a gentle Yoga Nidra. Yin, sound healing and Nidra are three curative systems known for their ability to assist central nervous system strengthening and repair, and for cultivating dimensions of consciousness by improving the circulation of energy throughout the body. Slowly paced movements provide deep streching, and props such as bolsters and blocks may be used.
