    Traditional Hot Yoga

    Mo, Wed, Fri @ 6.30am

    Tue, Thu, Sat @ 8.30am & 5.30pm

    Sun @ 9.30am

Sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room (about 105 degrees, 50% humidity) for 90 minutes. It's a scientifically designed method of compressing, stretching and strengthening that stimulates all human body systems. Each position is practiced twice and prepares the body for the next position. The sequence never changes. Holding postures in the exact order lowers the chances of injury and provides a platform for healing, conditioning for other physical activities and mental relaxation.

    Learning2Fly

    Mo, Wed, Sat @ 11.00am

Join us for an introductory 75 minutes of yoga to ease into your practice. It is ideal for you if you are new to yoga, starting again, or if you are rehabbing an injury. The room is heated to 85 degrees which will help you relax and allow your body to stretch more freely. We work on the fundamentals of yoga, teaching balance, breath awareness and strengthening muscles to build a better connection with YOURSELF. The important thing is to move as we age. Movement is one form of healing. This practice helps us to improve balance and range of motion.

    Yin Yoga

    Sun @ 5pm

Join us at 5 PM on Sunday afternoons for a 75 minute Yin with Reiki class. The room will be warm, holds will be set to Solfeggio + Fibonacci frequencies, and we will close gently with Yoga Nidra.

Yin, sound healing and Nidra are three curative systems known for their ability to assist central nervous system strengthening and repair, and for cultivating dimensions of consciousness by improving the circulation of energy throughout the body.
